Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake on your order (wrong size, design, or product).

Lost or Stolen Packages
Kreations by Karrie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows your item has been delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not fall within the guidelines above.
