Orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Please note that processing time is before shipping time.
During peak seasons (holidays, launches, etc.), processing may take the full 10 business days. We appreciate your patience as every item is made and packaged with love and care.
Carrier Information:
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly.
